One of the characteristics of this structure is its age, which is about 200 years ago, it was built of wood, which is consistent with the local structural patterns of the region and has historical and cultural authenticity. This structure has a regular and simple geometric form, which has been structurally resistant to earthquakes due to the fact that the entire structure is palatal.

This structure has two floors, the ground floor of which is built on pile foundations at a height of 80 centimeters from the ground. This structure is square in shape and has dimensions of approximately 4 x 4 meters, and its height is 2.40 meters on the ground floor and 1.80 meters on the first floor.

During hot weather, the upper floor of the napar was used for resting, and the lower floor was used for storing their necessary items. Each floor of this structure had a door that had to be pulled out to access each floor, which was a sliding door. The mill was completely made of wooden walls, each piece of which was placed in the walls in a sliding way (sliding boards) and the doors were locked. In the summer, the sliding boards were removed to allow air flow to cool down, and in the winter, they were put back in. During the Russian era, the family was taken into the napar and the door was locked so that they and they would be safe. This was the use of the mill for three months in the summer, and in the winter, garlic was hung from it, or pickles and bags of provisions and other items were stored there. Only wealthy people in the village were able to build a napar, and the presence of a napar in a house was a sign of the wealth of the homeowner.
