سازه فوق متعلق به حسین مقصودلو ملقب به حسین خان شهرستان گرگان شهر سرخنکلاته می باشد.این سازه که در دو طبقه ساخته شده است کاربری آن از این قرار می باشد: در طبقه پایین سمت راست اتاق مختص به خوابیدن پدر و مادر بوده که این اتاق زمستان نشین با پنجره های چوبی دوجداره می باشد و اتاق طبقه پایین سمت چپ محل خوابیدن بچه ها و خدمه بود. در طبقه بالا سمت راست اتاق میهمانخانه و برای پذیرایی از میهمان ها و اتاق طبقه بالا در سمت چپ تابستانه نشین خانواده بود.قدمت این سازه حدوداً 240 سال و در سال 1399 شناسایی و واچینی شد.در سال 1400 دوباره چینی آن در محل موزه روستایی گلستان انجام شد.

On the upper floor, on the right side, there was a guest room for receiving guests, and the upper floor room on the left side was the summer house of the family. The age of this structure is about 240 years and it was identified and repaired in 2019.

In 2021, its porcelain was made again at the Golestan Rural Museum.
