Nowadays most countries in the world have realized the importance of tourism industry from the standpoint of production employment source of incomefrom the past few decades on they have contributed to the development of this industry. Owing to natural potentialculturalhistorical background Islamic Republic of Iran is one of those countries favored by tourists all over the world. This factor provides convenient conditions for utilizationdevelopment of tourism infrastructure.

Considering government goals and policies in development program of the country, insisting on entry of 20 millions international tourists per year, construction of tourism infrastructure seems inevitable. According to the act 8 of heritage, handicrafts and tourism organization legislation for attracting international and domestic investors approved on 1380/12/19, the government has the ability to give authorization to the private sector to establish basic tourism infrastructure in suitable region of the country with an emphasis on less developped zones. Considering the above mentioned act executive regulation approved by the cabinet has explained in detail the classification method of service, accomodation, cultural and tourism centre and the construction of infrastructure installation and investors clearance for approved plans execution and attraction and support of international investors. Due to this regulation and the expression of readiness of international and domestic investors and locals for making valuable and utilization of the zones, the Department of Investment and Plans and tourist zone office has forced the organization to conduct the feasibility study and making the attractive tourist zone operational simultaneously and cooperatively. This action is also a step towards informing international and domestic investors and entrepreneurs interested in tourism. We hope to be efficient in your decision.

 -Foundation agreement issuance of the attractive tourist zone is the responsibility of tourism, handicrafts, heritage organization

-The required funding necessary for infrastructure construction (water supply and distribution, power, roads) to the plan location

- obtaining loan after 20% of project physical progress,covered by investors,from contracted banks and financial situations  to meet 80% of the overall project is the organization responsibility.

-The exemption from land-use change tolls

- transfer of lands situated outside the city boundaries is made by jihad-e-agriculture organization according to the regional land value and lands within city limits by housing and urban development organization according to the valuer's expertise value payable by a five-year-installment loan with 10% of total price payment in the first year.

-Issuance of construction licence according to industrial unity tariff and tolls at a special discount.

-The possibility of the transfer of land used for project execution from investors to others after land preparation.
